My Two Feet provide a complete chiropody/podiatry service covering all complaints concerning the feet with the exception of bone surgery. Not only can we treat ailments such as nails, corns and hard skin, we are qualified to help you with a wide range of conditions including problems related to posture, diabetes, back and leg pain, arthritis plus much much more
If you are diabetic you should be having an annual diabetic foot check with your Doctor/Practice Nurse, although we will carry out a diabetic foot check automatically and provide you with necessary diabetic foot care advice.

Looking after your feet is one of the most important aspects of personal care, regardless of your age. To make sure that your feet stay healthy, you need to look after them, keeping them warm, clean and supported.
Some top tips:
1 Wear appropriate shoes for the right activity.
2 Keep feet warm by wearing extra socks or fleece lined shoes.
3 Wash feet daily and apply a good moisturizing cream, we recommend CCS cream.
4 Give your nails a break from polish.
